Problem?
PC or laptop giving you grief? biscuitware will fix your computer, install software or broadband, get your email or internet working.
Some of our clients have even asked biscuitware to show them how Facebook, Twitter, or iTunes are used. Just ask – biscuitware knows all of it.
When?
6pm and 9pm weekdays, or 9am to 9pm weekends.
Where?
Your house. Within reason, of course – we’ll come to you if you live near Windsor, Ascot, Winkfield or Maidenhead. We’ll travel further, but you’ll have to pay an extra £5.
Costs?
£40 per half hour. Most problems can be sorted in that time, but if it takes longer, we’ll let you know before we start work.
Sometimes, it’s more cost effective for us to take the computer away, any work we carry out whilst it isn’t with you will be charged at £40 per hour.
